Mulled Apple Jelly 4 c mulled apple cider 1 pack of sure jell fruit pectin 5 c sugar In a large pot, heat apple cider and sure jell until it reaches a full rolling boil on med-high heat. Add in sugar and return to rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and fill jars leaving 1/4" head space.
