Many people describe their overbite as their upper front teeth sticking out. There’s a dentist term for this, which is called overjet. There are different ways to improve someone’s “overbite.” How we plan to fix an overbite/overjet is unique to each patient, and depends on what their specific circumstances are. In this particular case, we felt we could bring the upper front teeth backward without extracting any teeth, and without using elastic rubber bands. We are planning this entire treatment
