Backbend Kick Over Tips
Beginner rec coaches here are some progressions for back bend kick overs * start with a basic bridge up and once they can get their head completely off the ground have them do bridge rocks * that, then onto a trapezoid or block, and then back band on the floor. * Next bridge up kick over off of the trapezoid or block. * then bridge of kick over on the floor * finally put it all together with the backbend and the kick over.
