Your client is having "PAINS": 🤕 Pain will start off as generalized abdominal pain, then become more localized in the right lower quadrant as the inflammation becomes more severe. 🤢 Anorexia means a loss of appetite. This client will not feel hungry...which makes sense given the pain and nausea! 🌡️ Increased temp WBC count occurs as the body responds to the infection and inflammation of the appendix. 🤢 Nausea
