Corn Relish Cob Dip 🌽🥖 You’ll need: • 1 cob loaf • 400g sour cream • 250g jar corn relish (I love MasterFoods) • 3 spring onions, finely chopped How to make it: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 170°C (fan-forced). 2️⃣ Slice the top off the cob and hollow it out. 3️⃣ In a bowl, mix sour cream corn relish spring onions. 4️⃣ Spoon the dip into the cob and bake for 20 mins (until warmed through). 5️⃣ Add the bread chunks lid to the tray and bake another 5 mins.
