Rev Brian Casey of Springburn Parish Church in Glasgow has been recognised in the Scottish Parliament for the work he does to support recovering drug addicts and grieving families. Bob Doris, MSP for Glasgow Maryhill and Springburn, yesterday paid tribute to him during a debate on whether drug addiction should be a public health issue.
