Why is her math weirdly correct? With my older kids, I was really strict about establishing what I thought were healthy eating habits. I forced them to eat vegetables at every meal, didn’t allow sweets (or any snacks) before mealtimes, and restricted their sugar intake. With my subsequent kids, I’ve become much more relaxed about food and diet, which has surprisingly been more impactful in teaching good habits.
