TTC workers allegedly chased with syringe amid string of assaults on Toronto transit employees

I was proud to fight for and help pass the transit worker protection bill in the Senate. Transit workers have been increasingly targeted by assaults while on the job, and this bill ensures that workers on the MBTA, commuter rail lines, regional transit authorities, and other public transit systems are protected while doing their jobs and serving the public good.
