The exits are blocked to get off that ramp and into the San Isidro Subdivsion. The lines are backed up to the Plamor area. The Tractor Trailers are in line to get onto Highway 35 or continue to the Workd Trade Bridge. The bridge system is back on but the delay continues for now. Try to avoid the area.
