Meet my go-to shaping method: the burrito fold 🌯 Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Fold the bottom up into the center. 2️⃣ Fold in the right side. 3️⃣ Fold in the left side. 4️⃣ Roll it up like… well, a burrito. That’s my standard move for building tension and creating a beautiful loaf. BUT—sometimes the dough is a little looser and needs extra support.
