Here’s the beautiful hummer from Simi Valley. She’s a juvenile Allen’s female, and sadly, she is injured, probably from crashing into something. She’s able to flutter her wings downward, but not raise them up and make the figure eight pattern that they need to do when flying. She’s eating small amounts and is able to perch, so that is positive. I’m not sure who to credit for the name, but I was told her name is Daffodil, and that’s perfect! 🌼 Please send some positive thoughts her way! 🌼💕 htt
