Comet A6 Lemmon captured from my yard on Oct 10th The time lapse shows its movement over 75 minutes (and lots of satellites and planes) using one minute exposures. It is quickly getting closer to Earth and is now 64million miles away. It will make its closest approach to Earth on Oct 21st. It’s also brightened to magnitude 5.4 and is now technically visible to the naked eye. The bright moon would make that difficult, but the moon will be less of an issue a later this week. It’s visible before da
