This video was taken in Vancouver, shortly after Jackson had his tracheotomy and tried a speaking valve for the first time. It was such a beautiful moment to finally hear his voice again. Using a ventilator with a speaking valve takes work, you have to time your breath just right to get the words out. This was filmed on February 5th, and in it, Jackson says his sisters names.
