While cleaning the hull, I found a plug that was barely holding — the bolts had rusted out. I removed the plug, put in a temporary wooden one, then surfaced to clean and seal the original plug. Went back down, drilled new holes with an electric drill wrapped in plastic, and secured everything with new stainless screws.
