Video 10 in my Best Hummingbird-Attracting Plants series features Crocosmia 'Lucifer,' (Montbretia). I got this plant in the bulb section of my local nursery. The internet states its USDA zones 5-9. From first hand experience, it does fine in our Colorado winters zones 4-5 and naturalize, creating more corms each year next to the original ones.
