Following a tease earlier this year, Alien Isolation 2 was officially revealed during a new trailer that debuted as part of Summer Game Fest. Like the original Alien: Isolation, which released in 2014,
Released in 2014, Alien: Isolation became one of the most acclaimed games based on the Alien franchise thanks to its atmosphere and unpredictable Xenomorph AI. Set aboard Sevastopol Station, it tasked players with surviving against a relentless Alien that adapted to player behavior throughout the campaign.
Sega and Creative Assembly have revealed the first trailer for Alien Isolation 2. The trailer, which was shown during the Summer Game Fest showcase today, reveals that the game will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 2 and PC.
She even returned seven years later for the equally celebrated sequel, Aliens — it’s not that surprising that Aliens holds up so well, especially since it was directed by sci-fi savant James Cameron.
One of the big reveals at today's Summer Game Fest 2026 Showcase was Alien: Isolation 2, which doesn't yet have a release date, but is already available to wishlist on the Xbox Store as of a few minutes ago.
